Use the balanced plate method. Devote the largest section of your plate to nturient dense, high fiber veggies. One quarter of your plate should be protein. Include some healthy fats. Aim to eat mostly whole foods and focus on other habits like drinking more water, getting more sleep, being active, and managing stress.
