How do you find motivation? The easiest way to stay motivated consistently is to make it a routine or part of your daily schedule. When you find the time to commit to yourself, you will have consistent behavior and it will be automatic.
Start by setting a goal that is achievable and make it your priority. Choose a goal that you can see yourself sticking with long term.
Set a specific time aside every day to achieve this goal
Never compromise your goal, find another time to complete the goal if you need to
For example:
My goal is to workout 2 1/2 hours per week
I have set aside every weekday morning at 7 am and one day during the weekend for this goal
If a scheduling conflict occurs, I will wake up earlier to complete my goal
Stick with your goal no matter what! Devote this time to yourself. Once it becomes a routine, it will be easier to stick to.
